The Pregame Warm-Up Podcast: Legends & Leaders, Coaching Carousel part 2 and Bowls.

This week we poke fun at the Big Ten’s division names and new logo, trying to figure out why they did it.  We discuss more changes in the coaching ranks and  talk about a few of the upcoming bowl games, including the Letdown Bowl, which features Boise State and Utah.  I’m joined this week, as always, by Michael Felder from and Jon Dove from

MAC News & Notes Week 4

Last week had some very impressive showings in the MAC.  Big wins by Temple, Miami(OH) and UCF highlighted week 3.  Hard fought losses by Ball State, Kent State and Northern Illinois show how deep this conference truly is.

Last Weeks Best Performance

Temple had the biggest win of week 3, with a 30-16 victory over UConn.  The Owls have now won 8 straight home games and start a season 3-0 for the first time since 1979.  Bernard Pierce had a huge day for Temple.  The Owls running back had 169 yards and 3 TD.  The biggest play of the game from the Temple defense.  Temple DE Adrian Robinson stripped UConn RB Jordan Todman on 3rd and short, then took the ball to the house for a 24 yard strip and score.  The Owls never looked back from there.

Looking Ahead to Week 4
